Nonie Darwish is a friend of mine and her book "Cruel and Usual Punishment" is a marvelous book that explore the evil of Sharia law in the Islamic religion. She was born in Egypt. She was a Muslim before and now she has converted to Christianity. A brave and wise woman indeed. I am proud to be her friend and call her my hero.
